Balkan Center for Advanced Casting Technologies(BCACT) puposes to spread the oportunity to find solutions for the problems brought by dynamic, versatile and unstable industrial activities, among industrial organizations around the Balkans, with a culture, experienced and learned in technology development as a whole.

Located within Yıldız Technical University, BCACT adopts the role of being the pioneer and leader in Turkey on casting, solidification, alloy development, heat treatment, modelling and simulation by being perfectionist, innovative and appropriate for teamwork with succesful local and international cooperative  operations. BCACT is an establishment purposing to enable its members to discover the secret capacity they possess with pioneerd research projects, high quality education and technical applications it provides.

BCACT's most valuable resources are its expreinced academic personnel and qulified researchers. The facility has equipment proper for continuous melting, set up over  450 m² of area. With this equipment, our establishment increases its potential consistently on solidification, casting, alloy development, heat treatment and mechanical testing. BCACT stong mindedly keeps on training qualified researchers, developing technologies and increasing the quality of life of the society with its fully equipped laboratories and up to date structure.
